To check availability, please contact us, indicating how many rooms you require and the dates. We will get back to you ASAP.
Reservations and Payments
To reserve rooms, we like to have a 50% deposit at least two weeks before arrival. Payments may be made via Paypal. If you prefer not to use PayPal for whatever reason, please let us know and we can work something out. Sorry, we do not accept credit cards at this time as we are a new B&B.
Reservations are guaranteed by proof of Paypal transfer. This should be forwarded to the B&B either by email or fax, stating clearly the name of the client, date of entry and amount paid.

Rates per night
Includes a room with queen-size bed, private bathroom, internet, breakfast and snacks.
Taxes are included.
Two adults:
$62.00 USD
One adult:
$45.00 USD
One or two adults sharing a room with one or two children under the age of 10:
$62.00 USD
One or two children under the age of 10 in their own room:
$42.00 USD
Contact us for group rates and stays longer than one week.
Cancellations
• More than 30 days of arrival date: we will refund 50% of your deposit.
• Within 30 days of arrival date, or “no show”: no refunds.
Please understand, we are a small business so cancellations affect us greatly.
Policies
• Children of all ages are welcome, provided parents supervise them at all times.
• Check-out time is 12 noon.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the house. If you must smoke, please do so outside, on the south end of the property and in consideration of others.
